At Nosh Caterers, we know that our staff is one of our greatest assets.  An event does not go by without guests making a special point in letting us know how helpful, friendly and attentive our staff was.  We pride ourselves on always working our hardest to make sure each guest feels important and well attended to.  You will discover that our trained staff enjoys what they do, and that translates to a successful and pleasurable event.

The staff at Nosh Caterers is very proud to announce that our partner and former owner Ethel Pila was recently presented with the Exceptional Employer Award for 2018 in Tallahassee for her committment to hiring people with disabilities in the state of Florida.  Last year, she received the Employer of the Year Award by Tampa’s Mayor Buckhorn for the Mayor’s Alliance for Person’s with Disabilities 2017.  Through her work with The Diversity Initiative, Inc. and Hands on Educational Services, Ethel has had the opportunity to offer a place on our team to a number of amazing employees with unique abilities.  Ethel’s goal is to foster empowerment and respect through the workplace (and everyone has a lot of fun as well!)

Our mission is to keep our kitchen green… 

Nosh Caterers is committed to making our environment healthier.  Our contribution to sustainability is realized in our day-to-day activities as we as we strive to become greener in both the preparation for and execution of events.  We work to make our community greener—following are a few of our initiatives:

  • Save and deliver compostable kitchen bi-products to local gardeners.
  • Use of natural/biodegradable disposable goods whenever possible.
  • Electronically-sign Contracts. Save a tree!
